The Father's House

Pursuing the Will of God

Christ Fellowship began as a small storefront church in downtown Dawsonville in 1991. It was started by a handful of God's people with a vision for our community. God equipped this group of praying believers to bring the love of Christ to young people and individuals struggling with drugs and other addictions. In 1993, we celebrated the opening of our first facility on Dawson Forest Road. Our church family quickly became a diverse group of believers from every walk of life. Each service was blessed with personal testimonies of salvation. With the growth we were experiencing and a deep desire to impact our community for Christ, it was evident that a building project was in our future. Part of God's plan began unfolding in 2003. Through much prayer and fasting, we began construction for our new sanctuary. We celebrated the dedication of our new building in February 2005. As we follow the leading of God's Holy Spirit, we anticipate the need for expansion once again in the near future.

Pastors Ricky and Regina Stepp have lived in Dawson County for over 30 years. They have genuine concern and compassion for the lost and the broken hearted. God has put a burning desire within them to see our community and our region changed by the love of Christ. As Pastors, they encourage believers to use their gifts and talents in every way possible to see the Kingdom of God advance. Pastors Ricky and Regina set a wonderful example of humility, integrity and faith-filled living. Truly, with God nothing is impossible! They are available after every service to meet visitors. Please take a moment to introduce yourself. They will be honored to meet you.
